Enterprise Account Executive – Strategic SaaS Growth Leader

What You’ll Own (Responsibilities)

Enterprise Sales Strategy
  • Build and execute a strong enterprise sales strategy that drives revenue growth and opens new market opportunities.
Enterprise Relationship Building
  • Engage and build long-term relationships with CXOs, Directors, and senior decision-makers.
  • Understand their operational challenges and position eShipz as their ideal logistics automation partner.
Solution Selling
  • Present the true value of eShipz’s SaaS platform with confidence and clarity.
  • Work hand-in-hand with product and tech teams to offer tailored solutions for enterprise needs.
Sales Presentations & Demos
  • Deliver high-impact product demos and sales presentations.
  • Handle objections and queries with meaningful insights that instill trust and confidence.
Pipeline & Deal Management
  • Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely revenue forecasts and updates to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
    to ensure seamless onboarding, strong adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications (What You Bring)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in enterprise-level SaaS sales with a strong success record
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions: prospecting, solution selling, and closing large deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
