Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 3-5 Years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment and operational processes.
- Monitor system performance, availability, security and reliability.
- Work with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and production stability.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps automation tools preferred.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in DevOps Engineer
- Proven experience in handling B2B customers is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Good understanding of SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or logistics (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
