Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Pre-Sales/Solution Engineer with a minimum of 3-5 Years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business and technical requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and solution walkthroughs.
- Prepare solution proposals, architecture diagrams, POCs and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to support the complete sales cycle.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms and logistics/e-commerce technology preferred.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales/Solution Engineer
- Proven experience in handling B2B customers is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Good understanding of SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or logistics (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
